Our dinosaur week was packed with hands on activities for everyone. We learned many new words and are adjusting to being inside.
Working on our fine motor skills of tracing dotted lines.
Assembling dinosaur puzzles.
We learned a new vocabulary word this week, paleontologist, or one who digs for fossils.
First, we had to open our dinosaur eggs.
Then it was dig, dig, dig to find the letters in the pla-doh.
We dropped sponges into water and discovered after several hours they turned into dinosaurs.
Tossing in some new Legos drew a big crowd this week.
Each child got to share some homework where they compared the size of their fist with one of their parents'. ( Size of the heart)
Dinosaurs books are the best!!!!!!
